This place has the best food and Margaritas around!! To bad they are not in Western Washington. If you ever come, Spokane, definitely stop here. Not to mention how awesome the service and atmosphere is.
We are from Montana and were in Spokane for the day. We chose to eat at Rincon Tapatio after searching for Mexican food...and we were not disappointed! Everything about this place is amazing - from the decorations to the upbeat music. The service is top-notch, and we got our food super fast. The food was amazing with huge portions. I got the beef enchilada and chalupa and my significant other had the chicken chimichanga; we both agree that these guys have the best refried beans we've ever tasted. Delicious margeritas too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND RINCON TAPATIO!!
The best Mexican food I've had in Spokane so far. Loved everything I had. The staff were friendly. Parking is a little tight, but the food was phenomenal. I would definitely go back and definitely recommend this to others. I had a tamale and enchilada with beans and rice.
