Using seasonal and fresh ingredients is the most important element in Japanese cuisine. Our food is prepared in an open kitchen and served quickly in a lively environment where staff and guests talk about the food and beyond.
Our goal is to bring high quality sushi and the best Japanese cuisine to all of the Spokane area.
SUSHI BLOSSOM, prioritizes quality over all. we hope to be a position in which we can expose Spokane to not only fine sushi, but endear them to Japanese cuisine and fantastic sake, we hope to help elevate Spokane's growing culinary field and be a bench mark for quality food and intimate dinning.
We serve the most traditional Sushi & Nigiri & Sashimi. We also influence in Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, and Spanish. We would love to take this opportunity to welcome you to a great combination of Japanese dishes.
THANK YOU SO MUCH.
Firstly, I will start off by saying that this place is basically perfect and I had no complaints with anything while I was there. The atmosphere was very lively and everyone seemed like they were all having a good time and the workers were very professional and friendly. The workers made sure we were taken care of and that we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal and time there. The food was amazing we ordered six rolls: Golden California, Monster, Philadelphia, Moonlight, Volcano, and the Red Dragon. All Rolls were amazing and taste was great and fresh. The presentation was beautiful. They brought all our rolls out on what they called the bridge. Overall I had nothing to complain about and would recommend for anyone in the mood for sushi. Our order was a little more than 115 dollars for six 10 piece rolls, edamame, and two beers(including tip). Perfect Sushi Place. Will be returning when I get the chance.
Some of best sushi and nigiri we've had here in Spokane! Fantastic portions and so very fresh. We will definitely be returning, thank you!
The avocado boat is to die for. The green mussels are amazing. The baked scallop dish is INCREDIBLE. We live in Seattle, but we drive out to Spokane specifically to eat $100 in sushi right here. Worth the trip. We just came for the weekend, and can't wait to come back again!
