My family’s recipe originated with my mother Candelaria, who taught herself the craft and gave them to my older brothers to sell from their bicycles in the streets of Mexico. More than forty years later, we’re keeping the tradition alive here in the Pacific Northwest. As a first generation Mexican-American, I’m proud to take this piece of our family and share it with yours. Our tamales are naturally gluten free. Every batch is made with fresh produce delivered weekly and our custom blend of masas (corn flour). Meticulously hand-sorted hojas (corn husks) ensure that we are crafting the biggest tamales that you can find. No gluten, no lard, no better tamales.
