Ambrosia Bistro was conceived by Scott and Kara Cook to bring a feeling of “downtown” to the Spokane Valley. Located near historic Millwood, our inventive cuisine, great selection of spirits and Northwest wines, as well as our attentive staff are all designed to make your visit to Ambrosia a truly memorable one.
We have seasonal patio dining, a full bar, both booth and table seating, and we are fully handicapped accessible. Our flexible seating allows us to accommodate groups up to 45 people with advanced notice. We also offer off-site catering for groups up to 150.
Mushroom and prawns pasta is simply to die for. I've actually had dreams about it since! Our server was so knowledgeable and had worked there for several years. He was just excellent
The wine 🍷 offering was lovely. The staff was professional and accommodating. The food was top notch. We had the chicken satay, crostini, blackened salmon with garam masala sweet potato fries which were banging, and smoked brisket sandwich. Everyone was very happy with their meal 😋. We look forward to making our way through the rest of the menu 😋 😀
Ate here for the second time last night. I have to say this is now my favorite place to eat in Spokane. The mix of flavors is wonderfully creative and absolutely mouth watering. Tried the Ahi for the first time and now it will be a fixture with every meal. The food presentation was outstanding. The recommended wine pairings are spot on. The service is impeccable. This is a place that takes what they do very seriously and it shows. I already can’t wait to get back in.
